You don't need to be a client, or even a past client; you do have to subscribe to my newsletter.

While a subscription to my newsletter is open to everyone, winners of any giveaway must meet the following conditions:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live in Canada
• Must be a subscriber to Juanita's VIP Club newsletter

To enter the giveaway will be different each time and instructions on how to enter each time will be detailed in the monthly newsletter, the above conditions still apply.

• Email me and ask to be added to my newsletter manually

The prizes and prize amounts each time may vary and are at the discretion of Juanita Heidebrecht and participating partners.
 
Winners are randomly selected. Winners will be notified by phone or email and will be identified by first name and last initial only.
 
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend this Giveaway or to amend the Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Void where prohibited. We cannot be held responsible anything getting lost in the mail. Any and all issues or concerns will be resolved individually and be by the sole discretion of Juanita Heidebrecht, and you waive any rights to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
 
Winners will have up to 90 days to claim their gift card prize, otherwise the winner's claim to the gift card expires after 90 days.
